You must contact us before the 30-day trail ends at email@example.com to confirm your refund request. If on a payment option: If you return the SolarFlex® within the 30-day trial period we will not process any further payments. The trial fee and shipping will not be refunded.

Please return by UPS or FedEx and for your own protection, be sure to insure for the full retail value, as no refunds can be issued on damaged returns.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Hi-Q are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
Hi-Q and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Hi-Q does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hi-Q itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in solid packaging, unused, undamaged and resalable condition.
Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. TERMS OF PAYMENT

You agree that your placement of an electronic order on the Site is sufficient to satisfy any applicable Statue of Frauds, and no further writing is required.
Hi-Q shall have the right to bar your access to and use of the Site if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have provided false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information. At the time you place your order, you may have been offered and agreed to purchase the product or service at a price that is not consistent with other customers. Your cost (which includes applicable sales tax) is the amount you agreed to pay at the time of purchase. To qualify for promotional discounts, you may be required to enter a coupon code prior to completing your order, and certain products or payment options may not be eligible.

MANUFACTURERS FAR INFRARED SAUNAS WARRANTY
Hi-Q warrants that all saunas are not defective in materials and construction. All sauna heaters with Hi-Q far infrared saunas are protected by a 1-Year Limited warranty. Lifetime warranty on all wooden components. 1-Year warranty on all (sauna) electrical components. Optional Equipment: 1 year warranty Controller: 12 month warranty TV/DVD or CD Stereo: 1 year warranty LED Light Therapy System: 1 year warranty The Hi-Q 1-Year warranty applies to all replacement parts.
Hi-Q warrants that all products are completely free of defects and warrants construction of said products for the 5-Year warranty – applied at the time of purchase when not specified above. Any products that cease proper function or are found to be defective during the period of warranty will be replaced or repaired at the option of Hi-Q .
Damage not covered by the Hi-Q warranty includes that stemming from any of the following: Negligence Product Abuse or Misuse (use of product in a manner not intended or unsafe use of product) Misapplication Modification of Unit Incorrect Installation Wear and Tear Typical of Long Term Use Hi-Q is responsible for any labor costs associated with removal, inspection and reinstallation of the unit by an authorized service representative provided that said services occur within the 10 day period following activation of the Hi-Q warranty.
Customer is responsible for arranging access to product for the authorized service technician. Hi-Q will not be held responsible for expenses incurred from possible disassembly and reassembly of the product.
Hi-Q will not cover costs incurred from an unauthorized service agent that performs any maintenance, alteration or adjustment to the HiQ Fitness product – including tasks associated with electrical calibration.
If a product is found to be defective but is not replaced or repaired by an authorized service technician will be shipped to Hi-Q through pre paid freight. Product or replacement will be returned to the Warranty freight collect. Product purchase date must be proven by inclusion of sales receipt or other such documentation that includes the purchase date, purchaser’s full name, postage address, telephone number and any other supportive claim information. Other rights beyond those supplied by this warranty apply on a state to state basis.
If multiple products are purchased and financed directly from the supplier or provided on consignment, wherein payment is to be made in a timely fashion to the supplier, and purchaser does NOT make the payments on time or refuses to pay; the following terms will apply. Product will be returned immediately at the purchaser’s expense. If purchaser refuses to return product, the purchaser will be liable for full retail price of the product when and if sued in a court of law. Jurisdiction for any causes of legal action arising out of theft or conversion or any other cause will be in Clearwater, Florida.
CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH HI-Q WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
The Hi-Q warranty on products is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. Some circumstances when the warranty will not apply include: All products or components industrially or commercially purposed. Products used as rentals or in clubs. Claims resulting from negligence, misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect operation or accidents including but not limited to acts of nature, fire or excess heat.
Hi-Q is not liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from use of products or any contents/components including with said products.
Hi-Q is not liable for injury while installing, moving, using or repairing any product. Warranty not applicable to shipping on replacement parts.
Warranty is considered void upon transfer of ownership.
Hi-Q is not responsible for bodily or property damage resulting from use of products. Warranty void if product stored outdoors.
Where Hi-Q offers significant discounts on various heavily discounted products due to Liquidation, closeouts, sale of show room models, scratch and dent or damaged, returned items are being sold on an AS IS basis. Products are assured to arrive in working condition the traditional warranty will not apply and is null and void. It may however be possible for Customers to purchase extended warranties. It is up to the customer to initiate the discussing of extended warranties if the sales representative has not.
Purchaser is permitted to return a Hi-Q product within 30 days of the purchase date for any legitimate reason with approved return authorization number.
If returning product, 25% product restock fee applies in addition to shipping costs (to and from).
If canceling product order, a 5% fee is charged after the day of purchase.
If canceled on the same day as the order occurred, no fee applies.
In some situations, returned products may be subject to a cleaning or repair fee. Even if the purchaser received free shipping at the time of the order, all returns must be accompanied by payment for shipping – both ways.

If product is damaged during shipping and refused and subsequently returned, Hi-Q reserves the right to replace the product with another product of similar value. A proportionate refund will be made to make up the balance on replacement products of less value. Alternatively added charges may apply for replacement products of more value.
If customer chooses instead to cancel the delivery of a replacement product, Hi-Q reserves the right to charge for administrative fees: 5%, restocking fees: 25%, and shipping fees; to and from the destination. After damage product is returned, both the trucking company and our staff will inspect the damaged product. If trucking company accepts culpability and agrees to reimburse company for damages, then company will then reimburse customer for 25% restocking fees and shipping charges. If trucking company finds no visible damage or denies culpability, then unless customer accepts a product of similar value, these fees will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Damage occurring during shipping must be included on the Bill of Lading. Hi-Q must be notified of shipping damage before 3 days have passed following the signing of the Bill of Lading. After 3 days, the receiver is fully responsible for all replacement costs (product and individual parts) and must pay shipping for said product or parts.
